I’m Adam Bahr, a data-driven strategist with deep expertise in financial modeling, machine learning, and technical analytics. My academic journey—spanning Brigham Young University-Idaho, Utah State University, and Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business—immersed me in rigorous study of economics, finance, and analytics, positioning me to excel in complex, numbers-focused environments.

My passion lies in bridging the gap between high-level strategic decisions and the technical depth required to execute them. Whether it’s building sophisticated valuation models, automating data pipelines, or creating predictive algorithms, I thrive on translating raw data into meaningful insights that inform business growth and M&A decisions.

  • Data Scientist: Developed proprietary investment models and backtesting frameworks for Paragon Intel, presenting robust trading signals to investment committees.

  • M&A and Valuation Specialist: Closed $25 million in acquisitions as a Corporate Development Associate, building and refining valuation models for AllerVie Health; provided valuation and acquisition consulting to target and acquiring firms as an independent consultant.

  • Machine Learning & Python Enthusiast: Certified Associate Python Programmer, experienced in building automated reporting tools, web-based data extraction, and advanced analytics for a range of financial and operational needs.

I’m Wes Thompson, an M&A strategist and former U.S. Army Ranger with a passion for transforming businesses and empowering the people behind them. My leadership journey—from commanding specialized units in Afghanistan to completing my MBA at Texas A&M—has honed my ability to operate decisively under pressure while championing clarity and collaboration in every deal.

My journey has taken me from the plains of Texas to the mountains of Washington, and Afghanistan, shaping my adaptability and global perspective. I earned my bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University, where I honed my leadership skills in the Corps of Cadets and ROTC, later complementing it with an MBA from A&M's Mays Business School.
